Do I need a website?
No. You get a public page at calavai.com/yourname with your services, prices, and availability. Share that link anywhere — Instagram bio, email signature, business cards.
What about cancellations and refunds?
You set the policy once (e.g. 24h notice = 50% refund) and Calavai enforces it automatically. No more case-by-case decisions or awkward refund conversations.
Do I have to migrate from my current tool?
No migration. Add Calavai alongside what you use today. Most pros run both for a few weeks, then drop the old one once they see no-shows hit zero.
Is my Stripe data safe?
Money flows directly from client to your Stripe account via Stripe Connect — Calavai never holds your funds. We take a 5% platform fee on each transaction. No bank info, no card data, no escrow.
What if a client wants to reschedule?
They click the manage link in their confirmation email and pick a new time within your availability. Their payment carries over. You don't lift a finger.
